Skunk Grow Supply Return/Direct Exchange Policy · All Refunds are issued as store credit only · Direct Exchange for defective products only · ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS · Some restrictions/exceptions may apply · All purchases made on or after 07/05/2022 are eligible for refund as store credit only. Items purchased in the prior 30 days falls within the previous Return Policy. · Eligible returns in resaleable condition are refunded as store credit only. · We are required to inspect items thoroughly. NON-DEFECTIVE returns MUST be in new, resaleable condition with ALL retail packaging, accessories, booklets, and paperwork intact and in undamaged condition. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any return that does not meet resaleable standards will be refused for refund. · Defective items are direct exchanges only. · Eligible defective items will be exchanged for the same item unless it is unavailable, then it will be exchanged for a similar item of equal or lesser value unless customer pays the difference for higher priced items. Lesser valued like items will have the difference issued as store credit. No cash back. After 30 days depending upon warranty and distributor, we will offer the customer information on contacting the manufacturer. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. · Proof of purchase is required. “Proof of purchase” includes your original receipt and a picture ID. · Large commercial returns are subject to restocking fees.
